As an esthetician your safety and wellbeing is my priority. I remain committed and passionate about providing excellent customer service and a relaxing ambiance. Here are the policies and safety protocols in place to keep you happy and safe during your visit.

I require 24-hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your treatment. Remember, it is your responsibility to remember your appointments ... as a courtesy, confirmation is made 48 hours in advance via email and text.
Appointments canceled without a minimum of 24 hours notice will be charged 1/2 or up to the whole price of the service.
If you are 15 minutes late for your scheduled reservation time, I may not be able to provide the full treatment but will perform an abbreviated treatment at the full price.
Please arrive to your appointment on time or a few minutes early. I allow a 15 minute grace period. Anything over 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled and rescheduled.
Ashley Bee Esthetics accepts Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay, or cash.
Arrive to your appointment alone. If you have someone driving you to your appointment they must stay in the car.
I am buffering each appointment with a 30-minute window before and after, to allow for client turnover and thorough cleaning of the treatment room and communal spaces.
There is no waiting room on the premises so clients must wait in their car and text me upon arrival. Please do not ring the doorbell or let yourself in.
All surfaces are wiped in between clients using sanitizing cleaners that contain 70% alcohol content.
I provide hand sanitizer in every room of the spa and gloves for those that request it.
The arrival and check-in process includes a wellness check. I will take your temperature at the door with a no-contact thermometer and provide a COVID-19 Information & Liability Waiver for you to sign electronically before your appointment.
